- Please note: We are a remote-first organization so you can work from anywhere in India. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.
- Stipend: 12000 INR Per Month
- Internship Duration: 6 Month
The opportunity
- As an Intern Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts, from sourcing potential candidates to participating in the selection process.
- This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist in the development of internship program initiatives and engagement activities.
- Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and suggest innovative ideas for attracting top talent.
- Support the creation and updating of job descriptions and recruitment-related documentation.
- Qualifications and Prerequisites
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
